The Blonde and the Road Paint Job
A man hires a blonde to paint stripes down the middle of a road. He gives her one simple rule: paint at least four miles per day to keep the job.
On day one, she absolutely crushes it—eight miles! The boss is thrilled. "Wow! We’ve got a real pro here!"
On day two, she paints four miles. Not as impressive, but hey, still hitting the mark.
On day three, she only manages two miles. The boss scratches his head. "Huh... maybe she had a big lunch?"
By day four, she barely squeezes out one mile. Now the boss is really confused. He pulls her aside.
"Listen, you started off amazing! But now you’re barely moving. What happened?"
The blonde wipes her sweaty forehead and sighs, "Well, the farther I go, the longer the walk back to the paint bucket!"
